CHAPTER IV. FISCAL YEAR, ANNUAL ACCOUNTS AND THE APPLICATION OF THE
RESULTS

of each calendar year.

Within a maximum period of three (3) months, counted from the
end of each fiscal year, the Board of Directors shall prepare the
annual accounts, which shall include the Balance Sheet, the Profit
and Loss Statement, a statement reflecting the changes in Net
Equity for the year, a cash flow statement and the Report, the
management report, the proposed application of results and,
where appropriate, the consolidated management accounts and
report in accordance with the valuation criteria and with the
structure required by Law.
The General Meeting shall decide on the application of the results
for the year in accordance with the approved balance sheet.

The Company shall be dissolved in the situations established by
Law.
The appointment and number of liquidators, which shall always be
an odd number, shall be agreed upon by the General Meeting at
the proposal of the Board of Directors.
In the liquidation of the Company, the rules set out in the Law shall
be observed.
