Description<br />

Returns a handle to the specified location.<br />

Returns the name by which the specified location handle is<br />

known to NTX.<br />

Returns the handle to the location following the one returned by<br />

the last call to ntxGetFirstLocation or ntxGetNextLocation in the<br />

current thread.<br />

Obtains the root RT process handle.<br />
