<strong>accident</strong>s <strong>and</strong> save in<strong>for</strong>mation in the associated table <strong>of</strong> the database -<br />
AccidentDetails5_1 <strong>for</strong> WP5.1 <strong>and</strong> AccidentDetails5_2 <strong>for</strong> WP5.2.<br />
• Vehicle Level Form: a <strong>for</strong>m <strong>for</strong> each vehicle data entry <strong>and</strong> its<br />
associated table <strong>of</strong> the database - VehicleDetails5_1 <strong>for</strong> WP5.1 <strong>and</strong><br />
VehicleDetails5_2 <strong>for</strong> WP5.2<br />
• Roadway Level Form: a <strong>for</strong>m <strong>for</strong> the Roadway data entry. Each vehicle<br />
has a separate linked Roadway record in the associated table <strong>of</strong> the<br />
database - RoadwayDetails5_1 <strong>for</strong> WP5.1 <strong>and</strong> RoadwayDetails5_2 <strong>for</strong><br />
WP5.2.<br />
• Road User Level Form: a <strong>for</strong>m <strong>for</strong> each Road User present in the<br />
Vehicle to store its data in the associated table <strong>of</strong> the database -<br />
RoadUserDetails5_1 <strong>for</strong> WP5.1 <strong>and</strong> RoadUserDetails5_2 <strong>for</strong> WP5.2.<br />
Moreover, <strong>for</strong> WP5.2 Accidents, SafetyNet Accident Causation System<br />
(SNACS) data is included. The input <strong>of</strong> this type <strong>of</strong> data is achieved through the<br />
use <strong>of</strong> dedicated database <strong>for</strong>ms.<br />
