5.4 Type 3: Turning in / crossing <strong>accident</strong><br />

Definition: A turning in / crossing <strong>accident</strong> occurred due to a conflict between a turning in or crossing road user without priority<br />

<strong>and</strong> a vehicle with priority. This applies at crossings, junctions <strong>of</strong> roads <strong>and</strong> farm tracks as well as access to properties or<br />

parking lots.<br />

coming from the left, which is not<br />

overtaking.<br />

Type 31<br />

Conflict between a non priority<br />
