Chpter 4 : Overlap [1] Normal Overlap (corresponds to page 4-7) Editing in Overlap 2Menu bar “Display” 2Go to [Display Environment Setting] under the [Display] menu on the menu bar and bring up the [Display Environment] dialog. From there, go to [Detailed Setting] and then to change the editing layer. * A layer change is performed when an overlap number is chosen. * When an overlap is selected for the editing layer, the modes placed on the selected overlap are indicated in the auxiliary tool box at the bottom left corner of the screen. When the editing layer is moved to the base screen, the modes on the base screen are indicated in the auxiliary tool box. Additional items Set Display/Non-Display by Right-Clicked Menu It is possible to decide display or non-display of normal overlaps on the screen by the right-clicked menu. When rilght-clicking overlaps , the following menu is displayed (same menu as the [Display Environment] dialog). Check the [Hide overlaps with Base checked.]. When placing a normal overlap on a screen, editing on an overlap is possible by changing editing layer from [Base] to [Overlap] in the right-clicked menu. Then, when changing editig layer from [Overlap] to [Base], the overlap disappears at the same time. Also, when retrying the layer changing, the overlap appears on a screen.
Chpater 6 : Lamp [1] [Lamp] Dialog [Character] Tab Window Add the “Centering”, “Copy Characters” button (corresponds to page 6-6) [Centering] The text in a lamp will be center-aligned. [Copy Characters] By clicking the [Copy Characters] button, the text and the text property of the corresponding lamp are copied to all patterns (such as OFF, ON or P3). Lamp Text Alignment (correspondense to page 6-6) The text in a lamp will be center-aligned. If not, display the [Character] menu of the [Lamp] dialog, and click the [Centering] button. The text is center-aligned. If you want to make the text on the placed lamp center-aligned, click the lamp part (handles are shown), select [Align] from the [Edit] menu, and click [Switch/Lamp Centering]. When two or more lines of text are set, clicking [Switch/Lamp Centering] brings up the [Pitch] dialog. Specify the desired pitch, and click [OK]. The lines of text are aligned. Clicking [Default] places the text in the default position. Change
