*1) Color palette for 3D parts
When using 3D parts, the color palette for 3D parts is to be used.
Click [Use 3D Part] in the [Tool] menu. The message, 'Read the palette for 3D parts.
The colors of the existing screen data cannot be secured. OK?,' is displayed. Click
[Yes]. The palette file for 3D parts is read. In case of the present screen data file, the
colors except for the basic 15 colors changes to the colors for 3D parts. Normal palette
and 3D palette cannot exist in the same file. (Checking [Use 3D part] of the [Tool] menu
switches the color palette.)
Only the basic 15 colors are common.
Silver-color
The silver-color in the 3D palette is a little
brighter than in normal palette.
*2) We supply the following two files for 3D files.
• [3Dfront.Z7p]
• [3Dside.Z7p]
As same as the parts files, [Srd.Z7P] and [Parts_e.Z7P], the above files are stored in the
folder [Parts] of the [ZM71SE] folder when installing ZM-71SE.
* Never move the place of the [Parts] folder, or change the name of the [Parts] folder.
Limits of Parts
The maximum 1023 patterns of 3D parts can be used in a screen data file.
The number of the patterns will be counted as 2 patterns for 2-notch switch, 3 patterns for
3-notch switch.
If the same graphic parts are placed much, OFF graphic of them is regarded as one
pattern size. If the sizes of the placed parts which have the same graphic are different,
they are regarded as the different patterns.
When the following switch and lamp parts are placed on a screen, 58 pieces of patterns
are counted.
2-+ 3-notch parts x 2 (pcs) = 58 (pcs)
The numbers shown on the right above each part shows the notch number.
