The incident system is integrated throughoutthe company using on-line communication and asystem has been installed for analysing the causesof derailments. Both systems investigate the causeof accidents, offer solutions and keep records.A Safety and Occupational Health System runs safetyinspection programmes, courses on self-care andpersonal safety and is regularly reviewed.The quality control system adopted by the company isISO 9000/2000 which covers procedures for operatingtrain and railway safety.
