Four <strong>of</strong> the five states reporting thehighest heart disease rates score among the bottom ten for exercise rates. Three <strong>of</strong> the five states reporting the lowestdisease rates—Utah, Colorado, and Minnesota—are among the top five for exercise rates. Alaska, where diet includessignificant amounts <strong>of</strong> fish, leads the list <strong>of</strong> states reporting lowest heart disease rates. Alaska also ranks among the topten states reporting high exercise rates.
