Also, applicableOSHA, EPA, and state regulations are subject to interpretation, and no one can guarantee howthey will be interpreted in the future. As a result, neither ABS Consulting nor JL McCavitConsulting, LLC can guarantee that future agency audits will not result in any regulatorycitation. Therefore, ABS Consulting and JL McCavit Consulting, LLC accept no liability for anyaccident or regulatory impact that may occur at any facility assessed by them.2
