Berger, Ph.D., Executive Director, and Joseph R. Dettman, Senior ProjectManager, of International Survey Research.<strong>The</strong> <strong>Panel</strong> also wishes to thank Carolyn W. Merritt, Chairman of the U.S. Chemical Safetyand Hazard Investigation Board, and Leo W.
