Through the use of electve courses, studentsmay concentrate n the areas of food servce/restaurant management or hotel/resort management.PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Hotel/Restaurant Management Degree program ncludes nstructon n many areas requred forcompetence n the hotel, restaurant, and toursm ndustry. The currculum ncludes techncal courses n food servce and hotel/restaurantmanagement; related courses n marketng, accountng, and human resources; and general educaton requrements. Instructonwill include both theoretical concerns and practical application procedures necessary for success in the field.
