The machines were <strong>to</strong> be installed in a Danish dye-house and realistic trials<br />
were <strong>to</strong> be performed <strong>to</strong> document <strong>the</strong> possible savings when using <strong>the</strong> present<br />
technology.<br />
Jigger<br />
In 1995, <strong>the</strong> trial machine was installed in a dye-house, and extensive investigations<br />
were done by two engineer students as a graduate project. The principle<br />
provided <strong>the</strong> expected savings, and based on <strong>the</strong> good results, <strong>the</strong> machine<br />
was modified in such a way that fur<strong>the</strong>r improvements could be achieved in<br />
respect <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> rinsing efficiency and productivity.<br />
Result – Jigger<br />
Upon completion of <strong>the</strong> modification of <strong>the</strong> machine DTI Clothing and <strong>Textile</strong><br />
carried out trials dated 95.10.03 and 95.10.05, report no. 350-4-0220.
