Duration <strong>of</strong> programme: 2 years minimum<br />
Programme Structure:<br />
The design is <strong>of</strong> distance teaching through weekly topics consisting <strong>of</strong> 14 week each semester produced on<br />
DVD. The weekly tasks would include reading material through photocopied articles, web based links for o<strong>the</strong>r<br />
articles, and Videos/CD Rom didactic lectures. Questions designed to emphasis <strong>the</strong> main points <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> week<br />
will be provided in <strong>the</strong> package and answers will be provided at weeks 6 and 13. Approximately four hours will<br />
be required to complete a weeks work. There would be teleconferences on weeks 7 and 14. At <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
semester, <strong>the</strong>re will be a three hour written examination, conducted in <strong>the</strong> doctors own country, supervised by<br />
a mutually agreed upon invigilator.<br />
