STUDENT HANDBOOKViolation LevelsThe following is a comprehensive, but not all-inclusive, list of Student Code of Conduct policy violations that will be handled by theDirector of Residence Life. NOTE - Lake Erie College students will be adjudicated for any violations committed by their guests.Level 11) 1-2 alcohol offenses2) Noise3) Unapproved guest/Visitation4) Minor vandalism (under $50)5) Bodily Harm6) Discourtesy to faculty/staff7) Disorderly Conduct8) Gambling9) Illegal entry10) Receipt and sale of stolen goods11) Traffic and vehicle regulations12) Harassment13) Fire safety - candles, incense, items hanging from sprinkler14) Unauthorized use of an alarmed doorLevel 1 appeal process – accused student has the opportunity to appeal by submitting a written appeal to the dean of students no laterthan 24 hours after receiving the judicial sanction letter.
