Call ForwardCall Forwarding Using the Phone’s Configuration optionsYou can enable or disable forwarding using your softphone’s configuration options. When forwarding is enabled, everycall that comes in will be forwarded to another phone number, depending on system configuration.Note: Although Call Forwarding can be configured via your softphone, it is recommended that you use the Sea SoftswitchCall Forwarding features instead (see Coral Sea Softswitch Call Forwarding on page 60).The phone allows you to define the following Call Forward types:• Always forward to this address: Immediately forwards all incoming calls.• Forward to this address when busy: Forwards all calls when the phone is in a busy state (i.e. engaged in conversation).To define the Call Forward address:1. Click at the top of the softphone, select SIP Account Settings, and then click Properties for the required SIPaccount; the Properties of Account window appears.2. Select the Voicemail tab.3. Call GroupsA call group includes several users and/or user groups under a dedicated alias number. When this number is called, thephones of all members belonging to the call group ring until one of them answers the call.
