The Center provides a comfortable, safe and confidentialenvironment that allows students to explore personal concerns. It is in this nurturing settingstudents can practice strategies for improving decision-making skills, learn healthy copingmethods and find support for appropriate resources. Free individual and group therapy isavailable only to students, however consultation with faculty, staff and parents is also available.The Counseling Center has a relaxation room that features a massage chair, biofeedback,light and aromatherapy, pamphlets and online assessments.
