Academic Policies • 60• Appropriate parties in connection with a student’s request for or receipt of financialaid, as necessary to determine the eligibility, amount or conditions of the financial aid,or to enforce the terms and conditions of the aid;• Organizations conducting certain studies for or on behalf of the university;• Accrediting organizations to carry out their functions;• To comply with a judicial order or lawfully issued subpoena;• Appropriate parties in cases of health and safety emergencies; and• State and local authorities, within a juvenile justice system, pursuant to specific statelaw, or if required by a state law requiring disclosure that was adopted beforeNovember 19, 1974;• To an alleged victim of any crime of violence of the results of any institutionaldisciplinary proceeding against the alleged perpetrator of that crime with respect tothat crime.4.
