Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing • 357Entrance Requirements for the RT to BSRC TrackAn overall grade point average of 2.5 is required for admission. This is a sequenced program; students may onlyenter in the fall semester.Entrance Requirements for the Three-Semester TrackAn overall grade point average of 2.5 is required for admission. In addition, a grade pointaverage of 2.5 in the prerequisite science courses is required. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is alsorequired in all respiratory care courses, if taken.Applicants with no more than one science prerequisite and six additional hours of creditoutstanding at the end of the spring semester prior to enrollment may be admitted on aprovisional basis, but must submit official transcripts documenting completion of thosecredits to the Office of Admissions prior to the first day of fall semester enrollment, or theywill not be permitted to begin the program. All credits to be transferred must be earned ata regionally-accredited institution.
