20Fig. 4 VHF – SA and myocardial scintigraphy 123 I MIBG pathologic Detection systemsIn a nuclear diagnosis tomography gamma camerasdominate. We distinguish 2 kinds of tomographyexaminations:1. Single photon emission tomography (SPECT)2. Positron emission tomography (PET)The disadvantage of the PET examination isa need of four cyclotron work-units nearby, in orderto produce positron radiation. The aim is tospread a similar technique outside the cyclotroncentre, and this is why the construction of so calledcoincidental gamma camera took place. We are talkingabout coincidental detectors based on gammacameras double heads, or usage of 511 KeV. Coincidentalgamma camera would be able to performin a classical nuclear medical diagnosis (with usageof single photon emission tomography) where itcould also perform in the PET regime.DISCUSSIONIn our particular examining group of studentswe have found a positive relation between increasedlevel of anxiety (anticipation anxiety beforethe test is present) and a satisfactory performancein the Stoop’s test, which proves that one is able toget a stressful situation under control and by increasedmobilization of effort perform well. All participantshave proven to have a positive motivationtowards the graduation exam study. This activitymotivation that represents a complex of personal, changing abilities influenced by other factors, suchas cognitive abilities, metric awareness, social attributes, etc.Heart frequency and its changes are sensitiveindicators of autonomic nervous system functions(ANS). Changes of tonization of sinus knot bysympatics vagus we mark as a variability of intervalsR-R ECG (5, 6). The method is sensitiveenough in order to monitor stress–related changesin a circular system seriously influenced by actualANS state.Nuclear cardiology takes advantage of 201T1,99mTc. Out of the once we use would be froma group of cyclotron radio nuclides of 201T1, 111In,123I type. From so far mentioned radio nuclides,99mTc is the most appropriate one because of itsclear gamma-radiator with a half time distractionof 6 hours. Because of this non-biogenic behaviourwe cannot mark by it all metabolic actions or theirdisorders in a human body. Actual visual display oforgans and pathological processes in a human bodybased on metabolic level would be possible due toa production of radio nuclides of biogenic elements(carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen) with emissionof positron radiation. They show very shorthalf time of distraction and this is why they have tobe used for examination exactly at the time of theirregeneration. Instead of hydrogen, fluorum can beused (18F) with a half time of 120 minutes whichwould be possible to use units of nuclear medicinewith the distance of few tens of kilometres.CONCLUSIONRadio nuclear method plays a significant role incardiologic diagnosis. Methods of cardial nucleology
