29Vicia faba testFor our study the test was modified by the followingmethod:– 2 hours of exposition, evaluation immediatelyafter treatment, ana-telophases;– 2 hours of exposition, evaluation 26 hours aftertreatment (3 hours of pretreatment by 0.05 %colchicine, c-metaphases;– 24 hours of exposition, evaluation immediatelyafter treatment, ana-elophases;– 24 hours of exposition, evaluation 26 hour aftertreatment; c-metaphases.Only the sample with the highest dose of radioactivitywas evaluated and the results are shown inTab. 3.Positive control of Vicia faba seedsTo compare impact of radioactivity from samplescollected around NPP Jaslovské Bohunicewith radiation from the standardized source understandardized conditions we have used in co-operationwith the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and PhysicalEngineering (the Czech Republic) Gamma-Cell device with emissions of different doses 60 Co.For broader spectra of results a scale of differentlyaged V. faba seeds was used.
