Each Action Line has clear monitorable objectives against whichproposals for EU support will be evaluated.As a result of the first Call for proposals in 1999, over 2500 proposals were received, requesting a budget ofover 5.3 BEuro. 550 proposals were selected for support from an available budget of around 920 MEuro. Asecond call for proposals was published in October 1999, and a third in February <strong>2000</strong>. This report includesinformation about the projects relevant to eWork, selected from the proposals submitted against the first andsecond Calls.- 116 -
