The overall proportion of newly built frame structures has <strong>in</strong>creased from 40% <strong>in</strong> the 2005 survey and 24 % percent <strong>in</strong> the 2006 survey to 60 % <strong>in</strong> thecurrent survey. This decl<strong>in</strong>e <strong>in</strong> safe features and <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>in</strong> frame structureconstruction are an <strong>in</strong>dication that these techniques and practices need tobe better presented and <strong>in</strong>corporated as part of the curriculum <strong>in</strong> the tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>gworkshops.
