The fax machines are located in the Library(main floor) and in <strong>Student</strong> Life (second floor <strong>of</strong> Peters Commons). The charge for sending faxeswithin the United States is $.50 per page and $2.00 per page for international faxes.Financial Planning 563/589-3170The Office <strong>of</strong> <strong>Student</strong> Financial Planning, located on third floor <strong>of</strong> the Charles and Romona MyersCenter, administers federal, state, and institutional programs designed to assist students in meetingeducational costs. <strong>Student</strong>s must meet the satisfactory progress requirements defined in the<strong>University</strong> catalog in order to retain financial aid. <strong>Student</strong>s must reapply for financial aid each yearby submitting the Free Application for Federal <strong>Student</strong> Aid (FAFSA). The institution priority deadline isApril 1, and students are advised to be alert to campus publications for other deadlines. Financialaid staff members are available to answer questions regarding loans, grants, scholarships, changesin family situation, preparation <strong>of</strong> budgets, and evaluation <strong>of</strong> family resources. <strong>Student</strong>s have onlineaccess 24/7 to their financial aid information using the MyUD portal. Appointments are encouragedfor financial-planning issues. For specific information regarding dropping or adding classes,withdrawal from a class, etc., see the appropriate policy section <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong> catalog.Food Service 563/589-3137The food service at the <strong>University</strong> is operated by AmeriServe, Inc. The Dining Hall is located on themain level <strong>of</strong> Peters Commons, the Snack Bar is located in the Underground in the lower level <strong>of</strong>Peters Commons, and the Health Bar is located in the Chlapaty Recreation and Wellness Center.Dining Hours:Breakfast: Monday-Friday, 7:30-9:00 a.m.Lunch: Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.Dinner: Monday-Friday, 5:00-6:00 p.m.Weekend:Saturday-Sunday Brunch: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.Saturday-Sunday Dinner: 5:00-6:00 p.m.Meal Plan Options:280 meals - Full Board Plan200 meals150 meals47
