It can also be noticed that the rate of use varies according to one‟s purpose and need.For example, postgraduate students use this device most of the time in order to be in contact withtheir teachers through the exchange of e-mails to keep pace with events related to their courses.It is worth noting that the majority of students (92%) use English since, first, they belongto the department of English and, second, English is their second foreign Language. In addition,using English as a means of communication provides students with many opportunities toachieve a certain level of English language competency.Table 12.
