We work inpartnership with local authorities and others to house people inneed and build new homes for rent and shared ownership. Wecontribute to community regeneration, as well as providing a rangeof other services• All registered housing associations, including <strong>Moat</strong>, are regulated bya government agency, the Tenant Services AuthorityINTRODUCTION TO MOAT• We are governed by a Board of Management, which includesresidents.The members have a wide range of professional skills andlocal knowledge• <strong>Moat</strong> Homes Limited is a charitable organisation.
