It will be secure and will have a plug, chain andsecure bath panels• The toilet will be clean, secure and easy to flush, with a new seatand lid• The wash-hand basin will be clean and secure and will have a plugand chainREPAIRING YOUR HOME• Taps will be clean, easy to operate and drip free• There will be at least three rows of tiles on the wall around thebath and at least two rows above the wash-hand basin• An extractor fan will be provided only where there is no openablewindow.Internally - walls and ceilings• Walls and ceilings will be sound and without damp, large cracks orloose plaster.
