Chapter V presents the f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs of the study. F<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs are grouped accord<strong>in</strong>g to<br />

emergent themes I identified from the data with excerpts taken from transcripts.<br />

Explanatory notes and commentary are <strong>in</strong>serted to support the selection of themes.<br />

In Chapter VI f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs are discussed <strong>in</strong> depth. Through qualitative analysis of the<br />

f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs, emergent ideas are grouped accord<strong>in</strong>g to identified relationships of service<br />

<strong>in</strong> the CES garden. Chapters V and VI represent the most substantial sections of the<br />

thesis and constitute the major contribution of the study to new ways of th<strong>in</strong>k<strong>in</strong>g<br />

about organisational <strong>nurtur<strong>in</strong>g</strong>.<br />

Chapter VII will explore the application of f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs outside of the research context.<br />

Further, <strong>in</strong> Chapter VII I attempt to critique the CES garden as it has been presented<br />

<strong>in</strong> f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs and analysis, identify<strong>in</strong>g transcendent elements of the garden and the ways<br />

<strong>in</strong> which organisational <strong>nurtur<strong>in</strong>g</strong> seems to be tak<strong>in</strong>g place.<br />

Chapter VIII will give a f<strong>in</strong>al overview of the project. Based upon the new knowledge<br />

highlighted <strong>in</strong> the f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs and analysis, I will set forth conclusions and implications<br />

for future study <strong>in</strong> the field of <strong>servant</strong> <strong>leaders</strong>hip. Strengths and weaknesses of the<br />

study as a whole will be covered. Suggestions for educators, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g CES<br />

adm<strong>in</strong>istration will be set forth.<br />
