By issuing a Sensoface message, the adaptive<br />

calibration timer reminds you to calibrate the<br />

sensor. The ACT interval is either read automatically<br />

from the sensor settings or can be<br />

specified manually.<br />

Stressing influences (temperature, measurement<br />

in extreme ranges) shorten the timer<br />

interval.<br />

By issuing a Sensoface message, the adaptive<br />

maintenance timer reminds you to service<br />

the sensor. The TTM interval is either read<br />

automatically from the sensor settings or can<br />

be specified manually.<br />

The voltage which a pH sensor provides at a<br />

pH of 7. The asymmetry potential is different<br />

for each sensor and changes with age and<br />

wear.<br />

Buffer set Contains selected buffer solutions which can<br />

be used for automatic calibration (Calimatic).<br />

The buffer set must be selected prior to the<br />

first calibration.<br />

Buffer solution Solution with an exactly defined pH value for<br />

calibrating a pH meter.<br />
