Tips and potential difficulties 1. Be prepared to encourage participants to use their personal experiences to explore and understand their cultural richness and to share this with other participants. 2. Encourage participants to find similarities and differences without evaluating traditions, values and beliefs as good or bad. 3. In the debriefing session it is essential to discuss participants’ anticipated worries and difficulties as they reflect on the implementation of the activities in their own classrooms.
