Low-Cost, High-Impact Projects<br />
• Prior to construction of the Town Square<br />
improvements, the existing Town Square parking<br />
lots can be programmed for events and<br />
celebrations that activate the parking lot space<br />
(farmer’s market, concerts, etc)<br />
• Install streetscape furnishings (benches, trash,<br />
bike racks and planters) in the sidewalk area<br />
along the southern edge of the Town Square site<br />
• Contract to complete the 100% Construction<br />
Drawing set for the Town Square Improvements<br />
Medium & Large Projects<br />
• Install the large amphitheater structure and<br />
platform, including cutting into the blank brick<br />
façade of the Town Hall meeting room/cafeteria<br />
space and installing three sets of french doors<br />
that open up to the space to the outdoor<br />
amphitheater<br />
• Remove the existing asphalt from the drivethrough<br />
space, and install the specialty pavers,<br />
new curbs and bollards<br />
• Install Town Square project signage along the<br />
southern edge of the project area<br />
• Complete the bulk of the large-scale design<br />
improvements during one large construction<br />
project (this will ensure fewer construction<br />
disruptions)<br />
