The following questions provided the general format<br />
for the one-on-one stakeholder interviews:<br />

The <strong>Design</strong> <strong>Guidelines</strong> will be looking specifically at<br />
the public spaces in downtown <strong>Milliken</strong> (street,<br />
plazas, parks). How do you feel <strong>Milliken</strong>’s<br />
downtown spaces affect you?<br />

How would you describe downtown <strong>Milliken</strong> today?<br />

How do you feel improvements to the downtown<br />
would affect you? Are there any improvements<br />
that you feel would have particular value to you?<br />

Within the scope of the <strong>Design</strong> <strong>Guidelines</strong>, what are<br />
the issues that are most important to you? Are<br />
there aspects of your business and how it operates<br />
that you feel we should be aware of?<br />

In addition to these stakeholder meetings, we are<br />
also having three community open houses, and two<br />
community break-out workshops. Do you have any<br />
suggestions for how we can make these meetings<br />
more productive? Are there stakeholders you feel<br />
are critical to the process that we should be aware<br />
