Thanksgiving<br />
Cranberry Sauce<br />
Ingredients<br />
• 1 bag (12 oz) cranberries<br />
• 2 oranges, juiced<br />
• 1/2 orange, zested and minced<br />
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated and minced<br />
• 1/4 cup agave Nectar or Coconut Crystals<br />
• 1/4 cup honey<br />
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
Directions<br />
1 Using a large sauce pan add orange juice, orange zest<br />
and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium/high. Once the<br />
liquid is boiling, add the cranberries. (this should take<br />
about 3-4 minutes)<br />
2 Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 8-10<br />
minutes, stirring occasionally until the cranberries have<br />
burst.<br />
3 Remove from heat and add the agave, honey and<br />
