Carson Wentz was selected by the Philadelphia<br />
Eagles with the No. 2-overall pick in the 2016 NFL<br />
Draft, becoming the franchise’s highest-drafted<br />
player since Donovan McNabb (also 2nd overall) in<br />
1999. A two-year captain at North Dakota State, Wentz<br />
led the Bison to back-to-back NCAA Division I FCS<br />
national championships in 2014 and 2015. In his two<br />
