EAGLES IN THE COMMUNITY
As proud Philadelphians who take their responsibility to the
community seriously, the Eagles believe there is no offseason
to good citizenship. Between the team’s year-round community
efforts and Eagles Charitable Foundation, the Eagles work with a
number of organizations in the Philadelphia region to strengthen
and support a high quality of life for generations of fans because
they believe that strong non-profits build strong communities.
The Eagles host a variety of events and campaigns that aim to
inspire, motivate and educate. As a professional football team, the
Eagles have a unique platform to reach the community and have
long-lasting effects.
The team takes great pride in serving the fans, local non-profits
and the region at large, because to the Eagles, making the
Delaware Valley proud is just as important off the field as it is on it.

This family-fun day at Lincoln Financial
Field sets out to educate, raise awareness
and fundraise for CHOP’s Center for
Autism Research, all while creating a
carnival-like atmosphere for families
living with autism.
Community Mondays

Season-long strategic partnerships are
cultivated each year with five local nonprofits
as a way to strengthen their core
work, while jointly increasing the positive
impact that both the Eagles and each
partner has on the community.
NFL Play 60
The entire Eagles organization teams
up with a local elementary school and
helps revitalize its playground. What was
once a barren school yard transforms
into a beautiful new space for play and
recreation through this initiative.
Tackling Breast Cancer (TBC)
Eagles players use their day off during
the season to positively impact the region
by visiting local children’s hospitals,
elementary schools, retirement and
environmental centers, food pantries and
more.
Youth Football

The Eagles support the NFL’s Play 60
program by encouraging healthy eating,
fitness and 60 minutes of physical activity
a day. In partnership with the American
Heart Association, the Eagles aim to keep
kids happy and healthy.
Chess Tournament
Through awareness and fundraising
efforts over the years, the team’s TBC
initiative has raised more than $1.4
million for breast cancer research. All
proceeds support the Sidney Kimmel
Cancer Center at Jefferson University.
Sacking the Hunger Epidemic
Bennie Logan
Serves as a presence to all youth football
constituencies, promotes sportsmanship
and participation, stems the tide of youth
football players abandoning the game
and grows the team’s connection to the
community.
Due to the critical and strategic thinking
skills that the game of chess develops,
the Eagles and After-School Activities
Partnership collaborate annually on a
day-long chess tournament for children
at Lincoln Financial Field.
With one in four Philadelphians suffering
from food insecurity, the Eagles’ healthy
online food drive and Kick Hunger
Campaign set out to create a world where
every family and child has the proper food
sources at their disposal.
