a unit that scored touchdowns on a blocked punt and an 83-yard<br />
return<br />
• Notched the first two receptions of his career at Det. (11/26),<br />
including a 43-yarder in the first quarter that set up a 2-yard TD<br />

• Returned a blocked punt 27 yards for the first touchdown of his<br />
career at NYG (12/28). Steve Weatherford’s punt was blocked by<br />
James Casey<br />
• Filled in at running back for an injured Darren Sproles vs. NYG<br />
(10/12) and rushed five times for 10 yards<br />
• Blocked an Andy Lee punt in the end zone at SF (9/28) that was<br />
recovered for a touchdown by teammate Brad Smith. It was the<br />
first blocked punt for a TD by the Eagles since 1992<br />

• He and his wife, Yesenia, have a daughter, Ariella, and a son, Jaxon<br />
• Son of Cindy Burton and has two brothers, Clay Burton and Jake<br />
MacFarland. Clay also played collegiately at Florida and went to<br />
training camp with the Buffalo Bills in 2015<br />
• Passed for 1,876 yards with 18 TDs and only one INT while adding<br />
821 yards and 22 TDs on the ground for Venice (FL) High<br />
School in 2009. Earned FSWA 5A All-State First-Team honors<br />
• Named to the 2008 FSWA 5A All-State first team and named<br />
Team MVP and All-Area first team as a junior. Completed 80 of<br />
133 passes for 1,399 and 12 TDs along with 919 yards and 24 TDs<br />
on the ground<br />
• Also played basketball and ran track in high school<br />
• Began playing football at 5 years old for the Venice Vikings<br />
• Graduated from Florida with a degree in family, youth and community<br />

• Appeared in 50 games (29 starts) during his collegiate tenure,<br />
finishing his career with 720 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns on<br />
141 carries and 107 catches for 976 yards and four touchdowns<br />
• As a senior captain in 2013, tallied 38 receptions for 445 yards<br />
and a touchdown as a full-time wide receiver<br />
• Appeared in 12 games (four starts) as a junior, registering 190<br />
yards and two TDs on 29 carries and 18 catches for 172 yards<br />
and a TD<br />
• Joined Chris Rainey as the only Gators to score both a rushing<br />
and receiving TD in the same game as a sophomore in 2010.<br />
Finished the season with 19 catches for 149 yards and one TD,<br />
while adding 125 yards and three touchdowns on 37 carries<br />
• Named to the 2010 SEC All-Freshman Team and was named<br />
SEC Freshman Player of the Week twice during the 2010 season.<br />
Also earned a place on the 2010 SEC Academic Honor Roll<br />
• Saw action at quarterback, fullback, tight end, wide receiver and<br />
on kick coverage while starting 11 games as a freshman in 2010.<br />
Recorded a team-high 11 rushing touchdowns on 75 carries and<br />
also led the Gators with 12 total touchdowns<br />
• Ranked third among Florida freshmen in school history with 12<br />
total TDs and second with 11 rushing TDs, trailing only Emmitt<br />
Smith<br />
• Scored six touchdowns (five rushing, one receiving) in a single<br />
game against Kentucky (9/25/10), despite only touching the ball<br />
10 times. Was only the fourth player in SEC history to score 36<br />
or more points in a single game
