I had a friend who was trying to lose weight and loved the popular show <strong>The</strong><br />

Biggest Loser. She got many great diet and exercise tips from the program. One<br />

day while she was watching she asked herself, Why don’t I jump on the elliptical<br />

machine while I watch this program? That way, after an hour goes by, I’m able to<br />

watch the show as well as get my daily exercise in.<br />
