Project description<br />
Queen Carol<strong>in</strong>e Estate is bound by the<br />
River Thames and the Hammersmith<br />
Flyover. The estate is a mixture of paved<br />
carriageway surfaces for access and<br />
park<strong>in</strong>g, plus grassed areas. The challenges<br />
of the site made it an appropriate<br />
development for the LIFE+ Climate<br />
proof<strong>in</strong>g social hous<strong>in</strong>g project that<br />
provides low cost, retrofitted <strong>SuDS</strong><br />
to improve community resilience to<br />
climate change.<br />
