There was a $50k movement in the carrying amount of the provision for restorations in 2015-16<br />

due to an independent revaluation as at 30 June 2016. This includes an additional provision<br />

made of $132k and an amount reversed of $82k (2015: nil).<br />

The Office currently has two agreements (2015: three) for the leasing of premises which have<br />

provisions requiring the Office to restore the premises to their original condition at the<br />

conclusion of the lease. The Office has made a provision to reflect the value of this obligation.<br />

Adjustments to provisions have been taken to the asset revaluation reserve.<br />
