program structure
The planned outcome for the office as
described in the 2015–2016 Portfolio Budget
Statement (PBS) was:
Fair and accountable administrative action
by Australian Government entities and
prescribed private sector organisations,
by investigating complaints, reviewing
administrative action and statutory
compliance inspections and reporting.
The office only has one program, which is ‘the
Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman’.
