De Fianarantsoa, prendre la direction sud sur la
RN7. Après 11 kilomètres de route bitumée, se
trouve le village de Soaindrana. Prendre la piste
pendant 16 kilomètres vers la commune rurale
d’Andoharanomaitso. En poursuivant la piste, on
aperçoit le domaine viticole, notre destination.

Cadre calme magnifiquement situé à proximité
des plantations de thé Sahambavy et
ambiance de brousse au « Lac Hôtel ». Pour
ceux qui préfèrent la proximité de la ville, le
« Soratel » ou l’hôtel « Cotsoyannis » sont à
recommander.

En premier lieu, la ville, ses vestiges et son histoire.
Une visite à faire en compagnie d’un guide Betsileo
(natif de Fianarantsoa). Comptez quelques heures.
A part le domaine sis à Andoharanomaitso/
Ambohimalaza, d’autres vignobles sont à découvrir
entre Fianarantsoa et Ambalavao. Les productions
sont différentes d’un domaine à l’autre, ce qui fait
la richesse de cette route du vin. Mais Fianarantsoa
est connue aussi pour ses plantations de thé. En
empruntant la RN7 vers le sud de Fianarantsoa,
admirez la vallée d’Ambalavao, digne d’un décor
de western, avant d’arriver dans la ville haute aux
bâtisses vraiment typiques de la région. Découvrez
le deuxième plus grand marché de zébus de
Madagascar. Cette région riche et fertile est connue
pour ses productions de vin, de soie sauvage et de
tabac à chiquer.

plantations. By taking the RN7 south of Fianarantsoa,

western setting, before arriving in the upper town
with the most typical buildings of the region. Discover
the second largest zebu market in Madagascar. This
rich and fertile region is known for its productions of
wine, wild silk and chewing tobacco.
