D.3. CONCURRENT ENGINEERING
Using the Windows 2000 networking features, one engineering database is
shared among several users thus achieving concurrent engineering. With this
feature, a team of systems engineers could generate different sections of the
project like, I/O generation, sequence/logic generation, graphics etc., thus
reducing the system engineering time.
