to you, allowing two-way communication. This telepathic
communication fulfills class feature or power requirements

Ranged 5; Charisma Modifier + 6 vs. Will; on a hit, the

adventurer who appreciates fashion and values her life
never leaves home without them.
After armor and weapons, neck items are perhaps
the most important item for an adventurer to acquire.
Every neck item provides an enhancement bonus
to Fortitude, Reflex, and Will defenses. In addition,
neck items offer powerful measures to protect a character
from enfeebling conditions, elemental energies,
and even death.
Although most neck items are protective in nature,
a few do boast offensive enchantments. Some items
also enhance skill checks, particularly those that are
Charisma-based.
