The blade drawn from this simple leather scabbard glows with a<br />

Property: This scabbard resizes to fit any light blade or<br />

heavy blade. You can draw a weapon from this scabbard as<br />

part of the same action used to make an attack with that<br />

weapon.<br />

Power (Encounter ✦ Radiant): Free Action. Use this<br />

power when you attack with the weapon most recently<br />

sheathed in the scabbard. The next attack you make<br />

with that weapon before the end of your next turn deals<br />

radiant damage instead of its normal damage.<br />

The weapon must have been sheathed in the scabbard<br />

within the past 24 hours to gain this power.<br />

Shroud of Protection Level 2<br />

This diaphanous shroud appears insubstantial. Yet when laid<br />

over a dying ally, it provides a defense stronger than steel.<br />

Power (Daily): Standard Action. When you place the<br />

shroud of protection over an adjacent dying creature, that<br />

creature gains resist 20 to all damage. This effect lasts<br />

until the creature regains consciousness or dies, or until<br />

the shroud is removed (a standard action), whichever<br />

This white gossamer shroud grants protection and bodily<br />

strength to a dying ally.<br />

first.<br />

This mundane-looking tool muffles the noise you make while<br />

you work.<br />

Property: When used to do the work it was designed for,<br />

a silent tool grants the user a +5 power bonus to Stealth<br />

checks made while using the tool. Any individual mundane<br />

tool—a woodcutter’s axe, a crowbar, a grappling hook,<br />

a hammer, a shovel, and so on—can be made silent. For<br />

example, a silent crowbar could aid attempts to open a<br />

locked door without alerting the sleeping monster on the<br />

other side, while a silent grappling hook has less chance of<br />

being heard by nearby guards.<br />

This property can be applied only to mundane tools. It<br />

cannot be placed on weapons, clothing, jewelry, or other<br />

mundane objects.<br />

Skeleton Key Level 10<br />

This ornate ivory key opens locks with ease.<br />

key to a locked door, chest, gate, or other object, make<br />
