Endless Canteen Level 9<br />

This mundane-looking canteen pours forth water in a seemingly<br />

limitless stream.<br />

Wondrous Item 4,200 gp<br />

Power (At-Will): Standard Action. When you open its<br />

stopper, the endless canteen pours out up to 1 pint of<br />

cool, clean water. Any water that has not been consumed<br />

within 1 hour of its creation disappears.<br />

Endless Quiver Level 9<br />

This elven-styled quiver can create an endless supply of normal<br />

arrows or bolts.<br />

Wondrous Item 4,200 gp<br />

Power (At-Will ✦ Conjuration): Free Action. Use this<br />

power as part of your action when you attack with a bow<br />

or crossbow. When you reach into the endless quiver,<br />

it automatically produces a single arrow or bolt, as<br />

appropriate. Ammunition created by the quiver that<br />

is not used within 1 round of its creation disappears.<br />

Enshrouding Candle Level 7<br />

This everburning candle creates a dim corona of light that helps<br />

conceal you from foes.<br />

Wondrous Item 2,600 gp<br />

Property: This candle sheds dim light in a 2-square radius,<br />

but it never burns down. Bright light within the candle’s<br />

radius is reduced to dim light.<br />

Power (Daily ✦ Illusion): Standard Action. When the<br />

enshrouding candle is lit, it generates an illusion within<br />

the area of its illumination. Creatures within the area are<br />

invisible to those outside the area, though other features<br />

within the area appear as normal. Sound (including<br />

speech) within the area is likewise inaudible to those<br />

outside. Creatures within the area are unaffected by the<br />

illusion and can perceive each other normally.<br />

Other senses are unaffected by the enshrouding candle.<br />

For example, a creature with tremorsense could locate<br />

characters in the area normally. Likewise, if characters<br />

within the area move objects around them, those moving<br />

objects can be seen.<br />

The candle burns for 8 hours or until it is moved or<br />

extinguished (a minor action). If any character within the<br />

area of the illusion attacks, the candle is automatically<br />

extinguished.<br />

Eternal Chalk Level 1<br />

Vandals, scholars, and explorers alike appreciate the magical<br />

longevity of this short stick of chalk.<br />

Wondrous Item 360 gp<br />

Property: A stick of eternal chalk never breaks or wears<br />

down with normal use. Any writing or drawing made with<br />

this chalk cannot be erased for one week by anyone except<br />

the original artist or author.<br />

A stick of eternal chalk can be created in any color.<br />

Exodus Knife Level 12<br />

This insubstantial silver blade appears to cut through solid<br />

walls.<br />

Wondrous Item 13,000 gp<br />

Power (Daily): Standard Action. When you use the exodus<br />

knife to trace a doorway onto a solid object, it opens a<br />

portal into an empty extradimensional space 4 squares<br />

wide, 4 squares high, and 4 squares long.<br />

While the door is open, anyone can enter, see into, or<br />

affect the extradimensional space. Only creatures inside<br />

the space can open or close the door (a minor action).<br />

Once closed, the door becomes invisible to anyone outside<br />

the extradimensional space. Creatures on the inside<br />

of the closed door can see out, but those outside can’t<br />

see in. Creatures on one side of the closed door cannot<br />

affect creatures on the other side.<br />

The extradimensional space lasts for 8 hours. Any<br />

creatures still in the space when the effect ends reappear<br />

in the closest unoccupied squares outside the door.<br />

Fan of the Four Winds Level 8<br />

A wave of this fan sends a blast of air against a foe.<br />

Wondrous Item 3,400 gp<br />

Power (Daily): Standard Action. Sweep this fan through<br />

the air and make an attack against a Large or smaller<br />

creature: Ranged 5; +13 vs. Fortitude; on a hit, you push<br />

the target 2 squares. Until the start of your next turn,<br />

each time the target moves a square closer to you, it<br />

must pay 1 extra square of movement. Sustain standard.<br />

If you end your turn more than 5 squares from the target,<br />

the effect ends.<br />

Floating Lantern Level 3<br />

This silver lantern floats in midair under your control.<br />

Wondrous Item 680 gp<br />

Property: This lantern never needs lighting or refilling.<br />

When you let go of the lantern, it continues to hang in the<br />

air where you leave it. If weight in excess of 1 pound is<br />

applied to the lantern, it falls to the ground.<br />

Power (At-Will): Minor Action. While you hold the floating<br />

lantern or are adjacent to it, you can set its light to be<br />

bright (10-square radius), dim (5-square radius), or off.<br />

Power (At-Will): Move Action. The last creature to hold<br />

the lantern can mentally command it to move up to 10<br />

squares in any direction, but not more than 10 squares<br />

from it.<br />
