The future benefit payments are estimated as follows based<br />
on the actuarial assumptions at 31 December <strong>2011</strong>: DKK<br />
1,013m in 2012, DKK 1,075m in 2013, DKK 1,089m in<br />
2014, DKK 1,105m in 2015, DKK 1,125m in 2016 and DKK<br />
5,915m for the years 2017-2021.<br />
B: Foreign defined benefit plans<br />
<strong>TDC</strong>’s foreign defined benefit plans concern <strong>TDC</strong> Norway<br />
and Sunrise (until the divestment in 2010). The difference<br />
between the actuarially determined pension obligations and<br />
the fair value of the pension funds’ assets is recognised in<br />
the Balance Sheets under pension liabilities, etc.<br />
Other information<br />
561 members of the defined benefit plans will ultimately<br />
have part of their pension payment reimbursed by the<br />
Danish government. The related benefit obligations of DKK<br />
459m (2010: DKK 412m) have been deducted, resulting in<br />
the projected benefit obligation.<br />
Pension liabilities, etc. related to foreign defined benefit<br />
plans amounted to DKK 99m at 31 December <strong>2011</strong><br />
compared with DKK 73m at 31 December 2010.<br />
