To make this report clearer and more user-friendly, this year <strong>TDC</strong> is publishing a <strong>Group</strong> <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> excluding the Financial<br />
Statements of the Parent Company <strong>TDC</strong> A/S. In pursuance of Section 149 of the Danish Financial Statements Act, the <strong>Group</strong><br />
<strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> is therefore an extract of the company's complete annual report.<br />
The complete annual report, including the Financial Statements of the Parent Company, is available on request from the<br />
Company and may be downloaded from www.tdc.com. Following adoption at the <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting on 8 March 2012,<br />
the complete annual report will also be available from Erhvervsstyrelsen (The Danish Business Authority). The distribution of<br />
the profit for the year and proposals on dividends are shown under Consolidated Statements of Changes in Equity in the<br />
<strong>Group</strong> <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong>.<br />
