Strategy 2012<br />
Customer satisfaction<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will continue to improve customer satisfaction<br />
through the <strong>Group</strong>-wide TAK programme, aimed at<br />
improving customer experiences across all touch<br />
points with <strong>TDC</strong>.<br />
Behaviour and culture<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will continue to implement <strong>TDC</strong> 2.0, a group-wide<br />
behavioural and cultural transformation project aimed<br />
at improving performance, productivity and employee<br />
satisfaction.<br />
IT tools<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will further enhance its IT tools through platform<br />
upgrades and simplification of IT architecture.<br />
Financial discipline<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will maintain a strong financial discipline to ensure<br />
a positive and predictable cash flow development as<br />
well as attractive remuneration for shareholders<br />
through a continued focus on cost and capex<br />

<strong>TDC</strong> will continue to invest in increasing the speed and<br />
expanding the coverage of its mobile and landline<br />

<strong>TDC</strong> will improve its mobile position in the residential<br />
market through a focus on smartphones, value added<br />
services and brand portfolio optimisation.<br />
IP-based business solutions<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will create growth within business solutions by<br />
continuously moving towards integrated solutions and<br />
value-added services in Business and increasing<br />
growth from mobile voice, IP-VPN and <strong>TDC</strong> Hosting in<br />
Nordic’s business markets.<br />
Multi-play<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will continue to innovate and expand its multi-play<br />
offerings, through e.g. launch of quad-play, to reduce<br />
line loss and increase ARPU.<br />
Home entertainment<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will continuously innovate and improve offerings<br />
to enable anytime access to entertainment and<br />
personal content seamlessly across multiple<br />
platforms.<br />
Public digitisation<br />
<strong>TDC</strong> will leverage its key competences and network<br />
infrastructure to continuously innovate within the area<br />
of public digitisation, focusing primarily on healthcare<br />
