<strong>2011</strong> at a glance<br />
• Consumer acquired Onfone in May <strong>2011</strong> and thereby<br />
added a company with strong market momentum and a<br />
strong brand to its diversified brand portfolio.<br />
• <strong>TDC</strong> launched a 4G product in October <strong>2011</strong> covering ten<br />
of the largest cities in Denmark and 29% of the<br />
population.<br />
• Consumer introduced <strong>TDC</strong> Rate and a new mobile<br />
portfolio (‘Pak selv’ and other packages), which were well<br />
received.<br />
• New TV apps were launched, giving customers the<br />
opportunity to access news, <strong>TDC</strong> Play and 100 films as<br />
part of their subscription on their TVoIP solution.<br />
• The success of the multi-play product <strong>TDC</strong> HomeTrio<br />
continued with 29k new customers in <strong>2011</strong>.<br />

Consumer’s ambition is to give customers access to<br />
everything, regardless of time, place and device. Today,<br />
Consumer offers functionalities such as video on demand<br />
(VoD), TV pause functions, online backup of files with<br />
HomeDisk (access via PC, TV or mobile phone) and remote<br />
surveillance solutions. Furthermore, Consumer focuses on<br />
helping customers to use their smartphones and has<br />
therefore introduced a smartphone on-boarding<br />
programme.<br />
Consumer meets customers online through its Call Centres<br />
and in <strong>TDC</strong> Shops, depending on customer preferences.<br />
