<strong>2011</strong> at a glance<br />

• Wholesale continued its transformation through <strong>TDC</strong> 2.0<br />

with further organisational renewal to increase its<br />

channel focus and slim down the organisation.<br />

• Netto and Coop (Danish retailers) launched the mobile<br />

products ‘Nettalk’ and ‘Coop Mobil’, respectively, using a<br />

<strong>TDC</strong> solution.<br />

• Wholesale experienced continued strong demand for<br />

Pan-Nordic capacity products which grew solidly in <strong>2011</strong>,<br />

while the market for sale of domestic capacity products<br />

stagnated.<br />

About Wholesale<br />

Wholesale offers landline telephony, mobility services<br />

(including convergence) and internet and network services<br />

for service providers and brand partners, as well as national<br />

and international traffic and roaming for other network<br />

operators.<br />

A significant part of Wholesale's prices are regulated by the<br />

Danish Business Authority, as <strong>TDC</strong> is designated as having<br />

Significant Market Power in several markets.<br />

Wholesale leverages on <strong>TDC</strong>'s strong position in all four<br />

Nordic countries including <strong>TDC</strong>'s extensive Nordic network.<br />

Wholesale focuses on extending its position as the<br />

preferred network provider for Danish and international<br />

telecommunications operators. For international operators,<br />

Wholesale delivers a Pan-Nordic 'One - Stop - Shop',<br />

solution for the convenience of its Nordic end customers.<br />

Wholesale’s brand partner concept enables customers with<br />

access to new distribution channels or brands with distinct<br />

strong positions to offer complete and targeted<br />

telecommunications solutions with their own brand.<br />

As a content provider service, Wholesale handles sales,<br />

consulting and business development within mobile data<br />

services, for example mobile payment, barcodes,<br />

telemetrics and mobile marketing.<br />

Wholesale also provides a variety of access services such as<br />

full and shared unbundled access to the local loop, BSA and<br />

resale of ISDN and xDSL services. Furthermore, Wholesale<br />

offers infrastructure services, including traditional leased<br />

lines, IP-VPN, dedicated fibre, including national and<br />

international Network Capacity Services, wavelengths and IP<br />

connectivity, and sells co-location to approximately 1,200<br />

<strong>TDC</strong> telephone exchanges.<br />
