survivors were collected. The mean age <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> survivors was 12.1±5.6<br />

years. The mean age at diagnosis was 5.4±4.4 years. The mean period<br />

between <strong>the</strong> completion <strong>of</strong> treatment and enrollment to <strong>the</strong> study was<br />

4.9±3.9 years. Diagnosis included leukemia (n=78), lymphoma (n=25),<br />

brain tumor (n=18) and Wilms tumor (n=18), and o<strong>the</strong>rs. Among <strong>the</strong> 182<br />

survivors, 54.4% had at least one late effect and 23.1% had 2 or more<br />

side effects; 8.2% had severe late effects (CTCAE grade ≥3). Complication<br />

rates <strong>of</strong> brain tumor and Wilms tumor survivors were 89.9% (16/18)<br />

and 27.8% (5/18), respectively (p
